My name is Jennifer Suki. My namesake means Beloved in Japanese.

Jennifer ‘Suki’ Otsuki is an Austin native who dedicated nearly two decades to the restaurant industry in Dallas after graduating Texas Culinary Academy in Austin.

The service industry gave her a lot of life experience, much of which mentally and physically led her to her yoga mat and she continues to cultivate a blossoming 20-year yoga practice. She still thrives on a life of servitude, though it looks different now. After years of cultivating self-love and reclaiming a life worth living, she is here to show others the way.

Whether she is providing nourishment in the form of healthful meals around a table at a retreat or sharing in somatic wisdom from her yoga mat to yours- Jennifer thrives on sharing with others. From her savory recipes to her tasteful flows, she shares the ancient tools used to connect with the mind-body in a daily practice that reminds you it is possible to create a way of life that you don’t have to retreat from.

  • A therapeutics driven, corrective and restorative one-on-one private yoga instruction that uses trauma informed Neuro Somatic Yoga therapy. Sessions have potential integration of breathwork, guided meditation techniques and energy healing. The experience is personalized to you and creates rapid shifts in the body. Sessions can be virtual which allows us to meet you where you are at, as you are, on your mat.

    Chef Suki combines her many years of gourmet restaurant experience along with her delight for healthful cooking to add the extra somethin’ to any retreat. She provides ingredients and craftsmanship to create meals that are made with love, seasonally inspired, vegetable forward, allergen conscious and deeply nourishing to allow guests to feel held & heal through food.

We share strategies that take meal planning and preparing from exhausted effort to effortless, and provide tools to nourish the mindbody connection and support spiritual alignment. Sessions are entirely based on your needs and goals to shift towards a balanced relationship with yourself and heal through food.
