Retreat

A Mind that is stretched by new experiences can never return to its previous dimensions
— Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr.

My name is Jennifer Suki. My namesake means Beloved in Japanese.

My name is Jennifer ‘Suki’, and my namesake means "Beloved" in Japanese—a reflection of the deep connection I now have with myself and others. An Austin native, I spent nearly two decades in the fast-paced restaurant industry in Dallas, after graduating from the Texas Culinary Academy in Austin. My years in the service industry gifted me with invaluable experiences, but they also led me down a path that left me mentally and physically exhausted. It wasn’t until I found my way to somatic yoga that I began to rediscover balance and healing.

Now with an layered approach to a 20-year yoga practice, I’ve learned how to thrive in a life of service that nourishes my mind, body, and spirit. After years of cultivating self-love, healing old wounds, and reclaiming a life of purpose, I’ve made it my mission to help others do the same.

Are you ready to master the art of being chosen, cherished, and completely claimed by love—starting with your own?

When you choose yourself, you open the door to a life that is authentic, empowered, and rooted in self-love.

Allow me to guide you to a life you don’t need to retreat from.
